We contacted Armour off of a Facebook ad seeking price information on paving a parking lot at one of our properties in Chiefland, FL. The owner and his team were very responsive and visited the site on a Saturday to inspect it. The owner called be back that day with a detailed plan and a great price. He was not pushy and suggested I talk it over with my wife and we’d reconnect on Monday. We had a few more questions on Monday and told home we liked what we heard. We asked him to send it to us in writing, which he did. He even added a couple of extras we had not discussed but made the job much better in the end. Armour is a great company to work with and we’ll be calling them again on other locations.

We had a great experience working with Armor Paving for our driveway using asphalt millings. Their team was informative from the start, answered all of our questions, and showed up exactly when they said they would. They had a large crew on site, which made the process efficient and well-coordinated, and the quality of the work really shows. Armor Asphalt was recommended by our realtor. We purchased a home last year and our long oval shaped asphalt driveway was starting to show its age with numerous cracks and some chunks missing. I was worried that another season of heat and rain and it would start disintegrating, then I'd be in a bigger and more costly mess. Anyway I gave them a call and Martin came out to take a look. I ended up going with them and glad I did, they did a great job prepping and resurfacing it with the black substance (I believe it's called Coal Tar Emulsion), that's in asphalt. It's not the stuff that the big-box stores sells! Anyway the job turned out great and our driveway has a new life! Thanks guys, appreciate the work!

The owner and his crew did an amazing job on the resurfacing of our church parking lot! First Assembly of God in Keystone Heights was in need of a major repair on our parking lot and Armour Paving came out, and in 2 1/2 days we don't just have a repair, we have a complete NEW PARKING LOT!!! They were prompt, very professional, and did a fantastic job! They also repaired our handicapped parking area and re-striped everything! Armour Asphalt. I highly recommend this company. The Sandy Pines HOA contracted with this company to apply sealer to our asphalt streets and the entire experience was a good one. From a fair quote to work being done at minimal inconvenience they were excellent. Their work was very professional and completed in a timely manner. Hard working employees and always available to answer questions.

The owner wants all his client satisfied. Sometimes things happen beyond our control, balls can be dropped, but this company truly wants to make sure their clients are happy.

The owner's crews arrived on time and did a very neat job of sealing my asphalt, we tried to edge and clean the day before, but they said that was their job. So they edged, clean dirt and sealed very professionally. I am considering using them again for more new asphalt.

Our HOA needed to have speed bumps added and our roads sealcoated. I called Martin and he was able to get me a quote for services right away. The owner took the time to answer all of our questions and help get us the correct sized bumps. He took extra time and effort to make sure we were happy.

The owner and the crew at Armour Asphalt Paving & Sealcoating worked with our neighborhood group in March of 2025 to rip out and rebuild a winding half mile private entrance road for our neighborhood in the Gainesville. The owner and crew were courteous, always on time and communicated with us exceptionally well. They completed work as agreed and the road looks excellent. I will follow-up on this site in 6 months to let folks know how the road holds up. Thanks to the owner and the crew for their great efforts!

The owner and his crew were very polite and respectful during the whole process. The thickness of the asphalt provided on my driveway was 2”, although 3” is what is recommended and usually provided by other companies. Just something to consider when comparing prices. Within a week of installation, already have several spots where the edges are crumbling. I also have one area where there appears to be a lot of surface cracks already. I’m just hoping that the driveway holds up for at least 10-12 years, but I’m already concerned that it may not. On another note, when I had a few extra request, they were always willing to accommodate. Review update - I received an immediate response from Armor Asphalt on my concerns posted in my initial review. They came out right away and fixed the cracked edges and addressed all concerns I had. After going through this whole process with then it became very clear how important customer satisfaction is to this company and they demonstrated that to me this week. I am glad I chose them to do my driveway and I will be calling them again when I need more asphalt work performed.

Wow!!! What a fabulous job ARMOUR ASPHALT did on my new driveway. It feels like a new place . The specifics of my requests were met in full. They actually went above and beyond on my "added" requests . Armour ASPHALT delivered a beautiful product in a timely manner and I am one satisfied customer!

I can confidently say that you're not going to find a better company to handle your residential paving needs than these folks. My house had a crumbled driveway where it met the road and we also needed do an extension. This involved coordinating with our HOA to contract the work for which they were responsible, as well as our portion of the extension. The owner, Martin and the crew at Armour bent over backwards to coordinate the project, get it done in a timely fashion and ensure that it met our expectations. The crew jumped on it ASAP, and did a quality job. But we had some rain later that day, and it degraded some of the sealcoat. When the owner was advised of this, he assured me that it would be redone to spec, no matter what it took. The final product was fantastic! I can tell you that this job was not a money-maker for them, but Armour puts a high value on integrity and customer service. This is a RARITY for any contractor in this current climate. Though it's not part of their job, the owner even dealt with my HOA to ensure timely delivery of the reimbursement for their portion back to me. They were all super-responsive to the entire process, and they're my go-to for any work of this type in the future!

Got my long driveway milled and could not be happier. James answered all my questions I had comparing asphalt, limestone, and millings. They were quick to start the project and were extremely efficient. The whole team was great to work and gave me a beautiful driveway.

The job was completed in a timely manner. Initially it looked good, however there has been a constant issue with grass coming through starting after a month. Thankfully Jon has come by several times and treated the asphalt. Im currently waiting.
