Armour Asphalt Paving & Sealcoating is a locally owned Gainesville company with one promise baked into the name: pavement that protects what you've invested in, built by people who answer their own phone.
Why "Armour"?
Because in Florida, pavement without protection is pavement on a countdown. The sun oxidizes the binder that holds asphalt together. The daily summer storms drive water through every crack and wash the sandy base out from underneath. Most asphalt here doesn't wear out so much as get taken apart, one season at a time.
We built this company around fighting that. Paving done right the first time, on compacted base that doesn't shift. Sealcoating that blocks the UV and sheds the rain, which is the armour the name promises. Crack repairs that close the door before the water gets in. It's one connected system, and we do all of it with one local crew.
Armour Asphalt is owned and operated out of Gainesville. We're licensed and insured, and our work is all over this region: hotel parking lots, gas stations, food parks, clinics, credit unions, horse farms, and street after street of driveways. If you've driven around North Central Florida, you've driven on our work.

Florida sand punishes shortcuts. Every surface we build sits on graded, compacted base sized for its real load, because the part you never see decides how long the part you see lasts.

Estimates are free, written, and final. If we misjudged something on our side, that's our tuition, not your change order.

We recommend what fits
Sometimes that's hot mix. Sometimes it's millings at a third of the price. Sometimes it's "your base is fine, just seal it." We quote what the property needs, not what pads the invoice.
