Fix the cause, not just the surface

Driveways fail for reasons: water getting under an edge, a root lifting a section, a base that was thin from day one. Before we repave, we find the reason and correct it first. We regrade the low spot, deal with the root, or rebuild the failed section, so the new surface doesn't inherit the old problem.

Overlay when it makes sense

If your existing asphalt is cracked on top but structurally sound, an overlay adds a fresh new layer at a much lower cost than tear-out. We'll tell you honestly which side of the line your driveway is on, and why. Plenty of customers have been quoted a full replacement elsewhere and only needed an overlay from us.

Small details, long life

Machine work makes the mat; hand work makes the driveway. We cut edges clean and straight, feather transitions so there's no bump at the garage or the road, and roll everything tight. Then we tell you exactly how to treat it for the first weeks while the new mix hardens off.
